Law firm SEO for independent firms in county seats

We check page one for your town and send you what we find. One flat monthly fee, no setup fee, 30 days' notice, and everything stays in your name.

The memo

Start with a free two-page memo on your firm

We do SEO for small law firms in county seats, and the first step is free. Fill in the short form or send one email with your firm's name, your town and the cases you want more of, whether that is truck wrecks or divorce and custody. No call is needed.

Usually within two business days the memo comes back by email: up to ten searches run as someone in your town would run them, where your firm shows in the map and on page one, who holds the spots above you, what your Google profile and website are missing, and the first three fixes. It ends with the monthly fee for the plan it recommends, in writing.

The memo is yours to keep whether or not you hire us. The sample memo is a complete one for a fictional firm, marked as an example throughout.

Terms

The terms, in plain words

  • One flat monthly fee, quoted in writing before you sign.
  • No setup fee.
  • No percentage of fees or settlements, and no charge per lead, per case or per client.
  • Month to month. Either side can end it with 30 days' notice.
  • Your Google profile, website, domain, pages and accounts stay in your name, and the firm owns the copyright in everything we write for it.
  • We won't work for two competing firms in the same town. The rule is one firm per town per practice area, defined on the questions page.

Each month

What we do each month

  • Your Google Business Profile: categories, services, hours, photos, and a drafted reply to every new review.
  • One page for each kind of case you want more of, from truck accidents to divorce and custody, written around the questions clients ask in a first meeting.
  • Pages for the towns you really serve, built around the courthouse that hears those cases and your real office.
  • One review request your staff send every client at the close of a matter, with nothing offered for it.
  • Speed, phone layout and the technical fixes that decide whether Google can find the pages.
  • A one-page report: where you show for the same searches every month, and what changed.

What we don't do: ads, social media, website redesigns, or any arrangement paid as a share of your fees. How the work goes, month by month.

Approval

Your attorney approves every word

Nothing with words in it goes live until an attorney at the firm approves it: pages, profile text, posts and review replies. In Texas, that means every page names a responsible lawyer and your primary practice location, and any homepage change we draft is flagged so you can file it with the Advertising Review Committee.

We draft to the strictest rule we know and flag anything state-specific; your attorney decides against your state's rules. Our drafts never call the firm the best, never say "specialist" without naming the certifier, and never quote a result without the disclosures.

We never see client files, intake records, case management or billing. We need manager access to your Google profile, a way to edit the website, and an attorney's email address.

Snapshot

A snapshot from October

On October 21 and 22, 2026 we ran one search, "personal injury lawyer" with the town's name, once in each of 14 county seats, from a desktop browser with no account signed in. In all 14, directory sites held two or three of the nine web results on page one. It is one phrase on one day; your town may look different, and the memo checks your town.

  • Directory sites
  • National or regional firms
  • Firms' own websites

Case study

54 Google clicks in 2025, 2,900 in the same weeks of 2026

Both numbers count only one local business's article pages, read from that business's own Search Console. We do the search work there; the business is not a law firm, and we don't name it. A result at one business is no forecast for yours.

Search Console totals for the article pages: 2.9K clicks and 262K impressions from August 1 to October 20, 2026, against 54 clicks and 161K impressions for the same dates in 2025.
