What this website collects
If you use the form on the ranking check page, we receive what you type into it (your name, email address, business name, website, town and anything you add) so we can prepare your check and reply. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms. The site has no accounts or logins.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies for that purpose.
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how people move between them and which links are clicked. Clarity also records page interactions such as clicks and scrolling, with text on the page masked. We may also use advertising tools, such as the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our own advertising; those tools can share information about your visit with the companies that run them. These tools set cookies. You can block them with your browser's cookie settings or an extension, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

If you email us, we keep your message and your contact details so we can reply, prepare a memo you asked for, and keep a record of our conversation.

We sometimes email law firms we think we could help. For that we use business contact details that firms publish themselves (for example on their own websites) and public search data about the firm’s online visibility.
