HomeThe memo
A two-page memo on where your firm shows up on Google
A short form or one email, and no call needed. Usually within two business days you get back a free memo built from public information: the searches we checked as someone in your town would see them, who held the spots above you, what the profile and the site are missing, and the three fixes we would make first.

The form
Or email, below. Either way works.
Ask for the memo
How to ask
Send three things
- The firm's name and website.
- The town the office is in. If there is more than one office, the one you want checked.
- The practice areas or kinds of case you want more of, in your own words. "More truck wrecks and fewer dog bites" or "more custody work" is enough.
If anything is unclear we ask by email. We do not call unless you ask us to.
What we check
Only what anyone in your town can see. We do not need passwords, access to the profile or anything from a client file.
Up to ten searches, the profile, the site and the trend
Up to ten searches built from the cases you named, each run as a person in your town would run it and dated. For each one: whether the firm is in the map pack and where, where its website sits among the web results, whether an AI Overview appeared, and who held the spots above, described by kind in the memo and named in the attachment.
The Google Business Profile against the top three firms in your map: primary and secondary categories, services, hours, photos, description, posts, review count, rating, recency and replies, and whether each lawyer's profile follows Google's practitioner rules.
The website: which of the cases you want have a page and which do not, page speed on a phone, whether Google has indexed the pages that matter, broken links and phone links, structured data, the certificate, and whether every page carries the disclosures your state's advertising rule requires (a responsible lawyer's name, an office location, no comparative claims the firm cannot substantiate).
The five-year trend: a third-party estimate of how many searches the site ranks for now against five years ago, read for direction only.
What comes back
A memo of about two pages, in the form you already read
Question presented, brief answer, the searches in a table, the findings on the profile and the site with a fix under each, the trend, the first three fixes in order, what we would not do, and the monthly fee for the plan it recommends, in writing. The sample report is the complete thing for a fictional firm. Yours is the same document with your facts in it.
After you have read it, three things can happen. You can ask for the 90-day plan at the fee the memo states. You can take the memo to your own web person and do the fixes yourself; it is written so that they can. Or you can file it. If the answer is no, reply "no" and we won't write again.
Terms
Private, free and not legal advice
The memo goes to the address you wrote from and nobody else; we do not publish it, sell it or send it to another firm. It costs nothing and carries no obligation. It is about where the firm shows up on Google; where it touches your state's advertising rules it cites them, and your attorneys decide what applies. If you want to talk it through, a 20-minute call after you have read it is yours to ask for.
One more term, which is ours: we work with one firm per town per practice area. If we can't take on your town, we tell you straight away.
Send the email
Firm name and website, the town, the cases you want more of. The memo is free and usually comes back within two business days.
